GENERAL: What delivery methods do you offer?

For the United Kingdom, we offer "Royal Mail First Class Standard Post" and "Registered Next Working Day".

- "Royal Mail First Class Standard Post" costs only £1.50 per order and goods are sent using Royal Mail First Class. This is a non-guaranteed service and generally parcels are delivered for next day, however please allow up to seven days for delivery.

- "DPD Courier" costs £6.50 per order and parcels are sent by DPD (or occasionally we choose to use Royal Mail Special Delivery depending upon the destination address). This service is a next working day before 6pm service (not weekends) and a signature is required upon receipt of goods. DPD will email or text you with an advanced notification of when the delivery will be made, within a 1 hour delivery slot. 

- "Royal Mail Special Delivery" - costs £9.95 and parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service and will arrive the next working day (not weekends) before 1pm and a signature is required upon receipt of goods.

For international parcels we use Royal Mail  "International Signed For" which will come with a tracking number.  Delivery times can vary but generally take about a week.


GENERAL: I live outside of the U.K. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we certainly do! Once you have chosen all the parts that you wish to order, go to Basket and select the country in the drop down list. This will update the postage cost and provide you with a total amount.


GENERAL: Are all the items on your site in stock?

We try our very best to keep every part in stock at all times. The website shows which products are in or out of stock - of which we try to keep up to date daily as best as possible. Of course if we receive lots of orders on a particular item all at once then we may become out of stock of it before we get a chance to update the site. Pickguards tend to be the hardest as we have so many variations. As always, if you need a particular item in a hurry then e-mail us for a confirmed current stock update. You can even request for the part to be put to one side for you. If an item you have ordered is out of stock then we will e-mail you to let you know and will give you the option to put it on back order.


GENERAL: I cannot find the part I want - do you have it?

Please send us an e-mail with your product query - just click on Contact at the top of the page and we'll get straight back to you with an answer!

GENERAL: Once I have placed my order, can I track it online?

Yes! You can log into our website using your e-mail address and password to find out the status of your order.  Next to your order, you will see one of the following:

Pending -

This means that your order has been registered on our system and providing that the payment has been successful, we will then proceed with processing and dispatching it as soon as possible. If payment has been successful you will receive an email from either Paypal or SagePay confirming this. You will also receive a subsequent email notification from us to say that your order is being processed and a further email confirming dispatch.

Processing-

Your order and payment have been received and we are now processing your order meaning that we are pulling all of the items that you have ordered and will be getting them packaged and ready to send. 

Dispatched -

This means that your order has now left us and is on it's way to you. Please see "What delivery methods do you offer?" for a rough delivery estimate.

Awaiting Stock -

This means that we are out of stock of one or more of the item(s) on your order and are awaiting new stock from our suppliers. If you see the Awaiting Stock notice, it means that we have also sent you an e-mail to provide you with an estimated delivery time and, where possible, an alternative product should we think it may be a suitable alternative.



GENERAL: Once I have placed my order, how long will it take to be delivered?

If you place an order Monday - Friday before 3.00pm we aim to send it out the same day for next day delivery. If the order is placed after 3.00pm it will be sent out the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public bank holidays will be processed and despatched when we re-open on the next working day. If you order something that is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail. You can chose to either back order the part, chose an alternative item or cancel.


GENERAL: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, JCB, Maestro and American Express.
